why they might not want to hang around an empty campus for 10 more days and then ride a bus to Annapolis to play cold game in an empty stadium a couple of days before Christmas. It says everything about COVID and the difficulties it's created and almost nothing about this or any other of the many football programs passing on meaningless bowl games.
