Yes, coaches should generally tailor the plan around their players' strengths, but I understand your critique.

Problem is: which QB has Corny brought along? Paxton Lynch? I've already written 20 times that Fuente owes Lynch $5 Million at least. He has had one decent QB in his career. And he just busted two more 4* players.

If I was HH watching Ryan Willis throw garbage and be named the starter, I would have transferred too. What a freaking joke. And guess what? Once Fuente and Corny corrected their errors, HH went on a great run last year! Shocking. Again, the "blame the player" mantra only works so many times. At some point, there is a systemic problem with the coaches, not the players.
