Here is how: you get a coach with a personality who enjoys being the public

face of the program. And who enjoys recruiting. And leading others to coach well and develop players. You hire a coach with a vision and one that can SELL SELL SELL. And you get good players. And you win a few games you weren't supposed to win.

And rinse and repeat. And never stop selling. and never stop being charismatic and selling to the students and alumni.
