Whit is responsible. And this won't end well for him, unfortunately. Because he has bet on his horse and his horse simply isn't good at recruiting, coaching, or retaining talent. PERIOD.

I thought the post the other day about Whit hiring Tuberville and the disaster that ensued was interesting. Cincy was a nightmare for a while, saved by Fickle. IIWII.
