I'm not saying he should not have said it. It was a terrible comment to make. But he didn't actually say small donations don't matter. He said the ones threatening aren't actually giving money anyway.

I'm as frustrated as any Hokie fan. I was previously a Golden Hokie with club seats and I did not renew this year prior to all the COVID mess due to an issue I had with the Administration in 2019. I have almost hit the 'Donate' button probably two dozen times this year to go back in at that level, a higher level, lower level. But I just can't seem to ever pull the trigger. Today didn't help, but I also DO want to be part of the solution and see this program succeed. We all do. That's what makes it so tough.
