he's in the wrong profession. Anyone on that staff most likely knows 100 times more about football than anyone on this board. It doesn't mean that the staff has met expectations, but taking suggestions or absorbing negative criticism is the quickest way to get in your own head and completely fall apart. The proof will be in the pudding by this time next year as I am sure another losing effort will not be tolerated, but none of us fans know how to turn this ship around or we'd be filling that seat rather than Fu.
