Straight zone but outmanned 4-3 on strong side


Ashby must take TE, Diablo has over the top, Connor has middle, and DB at line covering everything short..

DB playing inside leverage on WR. I have seen him shoot the gap and go straight for slot back when he thinks it is a quick pass. However, if he is wrong and all 3 go long we are completely screwed. Also, it looks like Connor is watching TE (or maybe QB) which means he cannot help on quick pass to slot WR.

My guess is they got 12 yards on the play with quick pass. If DB bites they will do a pump and go for TD next time. How did it turn out?
