I'm not sure why Shane is getting so much heat for being inexperienced


He's 43 years old. We hired Fuente (with some HC success at Memphis, granted) when he was 40. Sean McVay of the Rams is currently 34 and has been the coach for a couple of years.

While the premise might be right, his name does help him, I just don't get the "inexperienced" part. Every CEO, every football coach has to be a "first-timer" once.
