whatever lethargy was infecting the program at the tail end of the Beamer years is gone, and that this current staff / program is well on their way to contending year-in and year-out for the ACC Coastal (not exactly comprised of football blue-bloods), AND that we would be competitive with Clemson in the ACCCG.

I see zero signs of that, regardless of if we can beat a mediocre UVA team.
