I don't know a lot about Shane and am not really for the hiring of a former coach's son, but if he is able to energize the fanbase in Columbia, win 8,9,10 games a year, and get an occasional marquee recruit like Jadaveon Clowney, that would be enough to make me wish he was at VT. Who knows, maybe he will be successful at USC and then we hire him away from there now that he has head coaching experience.
