I love Frsnk Beamer. I likely would have even supported Bud taking over, immediately after him. But I feel like going after Shane is still looking in the past, while we need to find a new way forward into the future. Most importantly, Shane is unproven, and based on our current situation, hiring him would be like a desperate man going to the casino in Vegas, and putting his entire life savings on one hand, risking everything.
