My hope:

Corn: gone.
Offensive staff: hire/fire at the direction of the new OC. But we need to keep the OL coach at all costs.
Defense: I would give the DC another year.
Overall: all other positions need to be geared towards recruitment. If they can't recruit, remove them.
Fuente has the charisma of a bar of lifebouy. He needs to surround himself wirh smooth talkers.
