As I said in an earlier post, I was more than dissapointed in his hire. Simply put our team was melting away and we hired a guy who had never recruited or been associated with ACC level recruiting. He was a crap shoot in that regard. He was older, did he have the ability to make connections with the young recruits? It was questionable. He is more "country" than JF. Not only country but SWVA style.

But he gets it done. What is the difference?
