Ahead of him on the depth chart, despite the latter being a transfer and not demonstrating any material difference between him and QP other than maybe reading the RPO a little better. I’d actually argue that based on what I saw from BB at Oregon and this year, he’s a worse passer than QP. To boot, it seems like either the staff has done a terrible job developing QP as a passer and or they don’t trust him to pass the ball at all.

If QP was interesting in switching to TE then he should return and replace Mitchell, otherwise not sure why he would want to stay and play for what appears to be a lame duck coach
