JHam has faced more adversity than probably any DC in America

I think he's done a decent job schematically and he's shown a willingness to adjust his tactics (Miami).

We knew the offense would have to carry us this year, and they haven't done that even though we have more talent on that side of the ball than we've had in a decade.

Hamilton on the other hand:
- Following a legend so high expectations
- Hired a completely new staff
- Horrible recruiting by the HC and a lame duck DC
- Lost the ENTIRE OFFSEASON to covid
- Attempting to install a different scheme (fail)
- Lost the 2 guys who would've made it possible to play man free as planned (Farley and Waller)
- Forced into using 3 grad transfers to fill holes in the roster, secondary was playing 4th stringers for a while
- Got covid himself and missed the start of the season
- Had the defense ravaged by covid for a month during the season which stops all practice, prep, and conditioning
- Has to deal with Corny's incompetent ball control
