I know the answer to this...


My two younger kids are very high level athletes in other sports (one dual sport athlete in college, one a senior in HS this year). From the March shutdown to mid June, all they had was a TRX, some light dumbbells, a couple kettlebells, a pullup bar, and battling ropes. Now imagine what a college football player has to do to keep up strength and mass. I'm sure very few of these guys had any kind of access to the kind of weight facilities they needed to maintain much less make gains. This is one area they get a pass.
