I posted similar in rhe last couple of weeks

Though I do see Fu and attitude as warm and fuzzy with the players...but with intensity. As many have mentioned Fu in press conference is very different from real life Fu. He comes across in press conferences as smug and to the point - yet humble and hardworking. But i suppose you see and hear what you want to believe going into it.

If I had to fancy a guess, I'd say that he always felt the shadow of Beamer and the media has never let him out of it. Even most fans compare him to Beamer years...its a shame really. I'd like to see next year, with a full offseason! Add in Payoute and Bowick on top of Turner and Robinson, and Blackshear....I think it gets a lot more interesting. If Holston violently running out of the backfield can stay healthy.

I think there are bright sides...just most refuse to see them as it feels like there have been some yearly, and it leads to disappointment. Truly, I think that sums up VT football legacy - so much potential; can't quite tap into it every play.
