At the end of the day, the team that says they can't play should be forced

a forfeit, even in COVID times. No excuses for testing positive. No breaks for testing positive. If you can't field a team because you were too irresponsible to adhere to NCAA/local guidelines, that's on you and your squad. These teams that call off games should automatically receive the loss if they are unable to reschedule.
