28 years in a business driven by the hard and tough sort of thing. I've seen recruits (and candidates) from all walks bring that 'tude into the 'Great Game', as in the right 'tude. Mission focus sharpens rough edges.

Coach may need a better approach when outside the 24060 (or generally outside), fair enough; but I'll stick with Fu on the premise here, character > 40-time, team >> individual.
