10 years and see if that's good enough.

If it were me, and I was 4-4 (with a loss to LIBERTY) in Year 5, I would be the one knocking on Whit's door...."Hey man, I love this team, love coaching here, but what I'm doing isn't working. You need someone else. I'll flex my buyout to make sure you can go get your guy."
