MY has dropped hints, but from what I hear the coaching staff is very excited about this team. The best part about it as fans is everyone is a known quantity so there isn't some false prayer that freshmen will come in and elevate the squad or guys will progress beyond expectations.

Diarra and Aluma have starting S16 experience, we've seen Aluma have a dominant game against 2 seed Kentucky. Diarra was KSU's best player, Mutts was Delaware's best player. Pemsl pulled down 14 boards against VT in 2017 and averaged 9 and 5 as a freshmen in 19mpg.

We know Radford is a beast, Cone is the best shooter in the conference, Cattoor is probably a top 10 shooter in the conference, Alleyne can break 40%. Bede led the league in assist/TO ratio by a LOT, Ojiako played meaningful minutes as a raw freshman. We eliminated a team killer (Nolley) and traded out undersized posts for legit posts (Wilkins and Horne).

Even without the freshmen it's hard to look at that team and say "man that's a lot of pieces".
