Somewhat rhetorical, BUT, is that a course of action? There's such a

dichotomy on TSL where VT has money, no VT doesn't have money. VT has no problem buying out Fu, VT can't afford to buy out Fu. VT has money for football upgrades it just chooses not to; no, VT doesn't have money to fund football upgrades.

If we don't have the money, is dropping down a course of action or option? Is that what this Sands and BoV leadership would want to see VT do?

It's a curious question. Not panic induced at all! :)
