He had no coaching experience-so why are we paying him $600K per year. Not a proven recruiter. Was a mediocre player. He needs to be gone-it is obvious he is in way over his head. Defense will never improve as long as he is DC. Why did they let Bud have input on his replacement ?? Being a former Hokie is not enough. I would hire a Hoo if that would help our defense
