I think those are some interesting concepts. Just guessing but, I imagine the fact it has not come out probably has more to do with timing, logistics and best way to build excitement around the project while being cognizant of all that is currently going on. It would seem to be at least delicate business announcing new expansion plans and raising funds when the university is facing cutbacks, potential furloughs, etc..
