I guess my frustration comes from the lack of progress. For example,

Fuente earned a reputation as a quarterback guru, yet here we are in year five with three quarterbacks without sufficient passing skills. Reminds me somewhat of Ricky Stokes, a very good point guard when he played, who never really had a good point guard during his coaching tenure. I find it to be a head-scratcher.
