Agree. Your comment about vision and selling the school/program is spot on.


I have worked for 'name' large IT companies and ran mid tier companies. You really have to sell unique benefits of mid tier versus the big guys and I do mean SELL SELL SELL, MARKET. You have to be relentless. I dont thin Fu is that neither was Bud. Would hope that JHam and DT could sell to the athletes better being former Pro and alumni.
