Very fair take. He had success so how is the personality thing the issue?


I dont even disagree with the arguments of W-Ls. They are what they are and I guess in some ways it is usually always at least the guy after the guy who replaced "the Man" that has success. The football environment is always evolving so prior formulas may not work for the VT's of the world.
