You have to have a vision, a plan to execute that vision and a commitment from the Head coach to sell that vision to his recruits.

Fu’s plan, vision and commitment is to somehow get a B12 coaching job.

No real vision and commitment and ability to sell that vision cuz he’s on the phone with his agent testing the waters way too much.
