Kids chose in state schools to be close to home and their parents could attend games. Now w advances in tech and an ability to keep in touch kids are not afraid to stray from home for bigger and better programs. Oh and kids now a days are more narcissistic than ever thanks in large part to social media. Kids want flashy stuff nice facilities and a college environment that is more modern, all things Tech lacks right now.

It's not an argument, it is fact. The times they are a changing.
