Recuiting is a disaster again this year thoughout both Offensive and Defensive staffs. We should never hire another assistant that is not a proven recruiter. The progam has been on a downward for ten years in recruiting with the exception of one year with Evans who did not want to stick around. Players do not improve under Fuente and rarely improve while at VT.
