'earn' your money, if you told them directly what it would take. Posting it on TSL doesn't seem like a good way for them to know. JMO.

Generally speaking, your idea of having funds go to only specific things seems like it would be impossible to do for every Hokie Club member. It takes an entire athletic department, an entire football team to compete effectively, even the parts of those things you think could be done better. Funding specific coaches seems like something that could only breed unrest.
