Apart from Juice and Hendon, I really still don't have a good gauge on the team. UNC, if you remove Howell from the equation, is just another mediocre ACC team. We lost to them, but it's fair to say that our defense was hit very hard by COVID (and we had some very questionable coaching calls in the 1Q). NCSU is actually a very solid-looking squad and we handled them. The BC game we looked a bit rough defensively in the 1st half, not to mention we benefitted from a good bit of luck with BC's turnovers. Even our offensive line was struggling in the second quarter, which was uncharacteristic of how they've been the 3 games prior. That blowout honestly should've been closer, but we were definitely the better team.

But that brings me back to my original question: between the pandemic effects on the defense and the shakiness of all the teams we've played, where do we stand?
