I put invested in quotes because it can mean a lot. However, the context is basically mental investment. It’s been a weird year to say the least and all of our perspectives have changed quite a bit. This season is also weird because it has largely removed the social aspect of the game day experience. The season, to me, just feels back burner at best. It’s the first time I have truly felt that way. Sure, I will miss games to do other things these days, but I feel as physically and mentally removed from college sports as ever at this point. I’m wondering if it will ever come back.....
