Watching the replay of the Duke game and although David Wilson and Ryan


Williams were college studs, I really see Herbert as having a much much better NFL upside, just simply based on his build, running style, and vision.

I know I always rant about recruiting ratings but how this guy was not a 4 star in HS is insane
