Did he hire agent after BIG decided to not play football? If so

I really don't have a problem with it. Things out of his control changed, so he did what was best for him. Then they changed again. He did what was right at the time and should not be penalized for the decision. Now if he opted-out and hired an agent before they said no football I have a problem with it.
