On campus testing's 7-day average is the lowest since 8/28 (over 3 weeks) and Blacksburg is the lowest since 9/3 (2.5 weeks). Can't declare victory, but going in the right direction. It seems most college campuses are seeing similar outbreaks starting roughly 2 weeks after kids get back to campus, peaking 2 weeks later, and then a dramatic downward trend.
