Is contact tracing done via phone location, or is it an honor system type of thing? If it's a phone location app thing, then there's no way that other school's have zero quarantine issues. If it's an honor system thing, then it's pretty easy for every FB player to say "nope I wasn't at xyz where a positive case was found."
