Unless a victim stops cooperating, I can't imagine he'd go from 'held without bond' to all charges dropped in enough time.

I don't want to jump to conclusions like everyone else but it sounds like he beat up a woman relative, he has a younger sister. Whether he is convicted or not, that'd be enough for me. Wasn't CC dismissed for weed? Big difference to me.
