could be considered an outlier.

And a good chunk of that 15 year streak that UVa hates so much happened during what I propose could be considered an outlier period for us.

I'm not suggesting it wasn't impressive. It was. It was also sustained. But is there anything about us, compared to other similar institutions, that indicates that we SHOULD BE that much better than we are now-a-days?
