doesn't bother me if they aren't D1 starting material or we have greater talents on the rise and the writing is on the wall.

I was projecting my own thinking to a certain extent but personally believe the type of guys we want on our team is one embraces & thrives on competition. Don't know the guy but QP seemed to fit in this category in the QP+HH interview last year.
