I think the story would have been different with a healthy HH.

Coaches have to make a decision based upon a lot of factors and it has to be strategic. He might have wanted to play HH but playing him might have slowed his healing and he might have performed less than 100% in games. Difficult to know all the factors that might have gone into starting Willis.
