unless their internal breathing organs are finely tuned. I put on an extra 35 lbs. during an extended period of post surgery immobility and it hit me hard. I could not deal with the CPAP machine masks...would rip them off during my sleep. So I got deadly serious and lost 40 lbs. over 18 months and kept it off. Still wake myself up a few times per hour but much better than before.
