you just have to be exceptional in your communication prior to the season and all throughout the season. Some of these guys are "rotationally situational." What I mean by that is that they have more value and gain more minutes and a larger role against certain opponents. Im gonna write an article on it, but the gist is that while it might come out to 5 or 10 mpg technically, what youll actually see is 10-20 mpg against certain opponents and 0-5 against others. Communicating that can be tricky, but it allows them to see their role as important when they are leaned on in certain situations.
