but to get some transfers from other schools. I fail to see how this is a positive. Having the highest number of players transfering out of the program nationwide is never a good thing and indicates deeper problems within the program.

If for some reason, the transfers actually perform better than the guys who left, it suggests an inability of our coaching staff to actually coach the players we have, so much so that players trained elsewhere have received better training than our own players.
