It's not real clear anywhere, but if you gave more than required based on the per seat price, you are making a 2020 donation to HSF even if asking for "full" refund.

Example: Golden Hokie that donated $2750 and got 4 seats requiring a $350 donation ($1400), that's all that is being refunded or credited to 2021 plus the price paid for the actual tickets, not the $2750. That delta of $1350 is a 2020 HSF donation.

Hard to go through all the scenarios, but doubt anyone unless they gave more than required for certain Hokie club level will get full refund or credit into 2021.
