As far as what I paid for my club seat donations, when I asked about a month ago they didn't flat out say it couldn't be refunded, but also said it would almost certainly be allowed to carry over to next year, etc. I would say this is the best option. With regard to the actual ticket sales, in my opinion anyone who wants a full refund due to any Covid related concern should just be given one no questions asked.
