more difficult than normal to rate recruits. They had no spring practice or camps to attend. That is where 3*s can often get a ratings bump. If there is no fall high school football,then it will be even more difficult to get a change in ratings. So,there will be some 4*s who are over rated that will stay that way and probably even more 3*s that will not get a bump that they might normally receive.
