It's not a miracle drug and touting it as such is misleading at best and

dangerous at worst. I imagine you and I have very different definitions of "legitimate studies" but the fact that you're willing to claim it's "completely safe" tells me all I need to know about your opinion and what you're choosing to believe. I'm sure I can find evidence that shows the limited effectiveness both as a treatment or a preventative measure and I'm also sure you would dismiss it.
