This is an extremely uninformed comment. A friend who is an ultra-marathon

runner was within 3 seconds of death, spared only by a nurse on his COVID wing that agreed to give him plasma.

He was in the ICU for 3.5 weeks and cannot walk. He will be in rehab for months or years.

It is hard to predict who the virus will hit. And harder to predict the outcome. Being in your prime athleticism may matter some, but it is not a determining factor.
