Yes , of course the medical people are covered


The coaches are not as far as I can tell. If the players are reporting their health to coaches, HIPAA matters not for the coach.

If my wife's doctor tells her she has cancer, then my wife tells me, then I tell you or the world, I'm not violating HIPAA.
